We are A group of ordinary people engaged in helping others to know hope, even when situations seem more than difficult.
The Craven-Martin Foundation began in Carrollton, Georgia in the hearts of the Martin family, desiring to leave a legacy that would give beyond the day-to-day existence. The name of the foundation combines two families, friends and neighbors for decades, sharing loyalty, hard work, hospitality to others, and service to others.
OUR INITIATIVES
The mission exists in the simplicity--to provide resources to support and sustain good health after experiencing psychological and/or physical trauma. Both initiatives, Eleos and Through the Water, share the mission and vision in the simplicity of supporting good health -- physical, emotional, psychological, and social well-being. More details of each initiative can be viewed below.
Eleos desires to see hope and restoration in displaced people from war-torn countries.
Through the Water desires to see restoration among all military members.
“Collectively, we desire to see restoration through the saving grace of Jesus. We know that when even basic needs are met with the love of Christ, conversations begin to share the amazing news of His grace, His love, His redemptive love, and His restoration.
